Milan Ring
Milan has been playing guitar for seven years. Initially self- taught, she was subsequently tutored by Jess Green for close to four years, and was awarded the Jann Rutherford Mentorship Award in 2007. She has been involved in the SIMA Womens Jazz Workshops on four occasions and has completed three open academy jazz ensemble courses and a vocal course at the Sydeny Conservatorium of Music.
Milan is the lead singer and guitarist of neo-soul band, Massema, and has recorded with Australian hip hop group Spit Syndicate. Milan has just begun a music industry technical production course at TAFE, which includes recording, mixing and producing.
